Through one-on-one consultations, customized or modified training plans, and adaptive coaching, we help athletes train smarter, perform stronger, and achieve their fitness goals.We specialize in elevating performance and enhancing lifestyles for all athletes. My Story

Sports have always been a part of my life. Growing up, I was a naturally gifted athlete, playing basketball, baseball, soccer, and football. Endurance sports weren’t even on my radar—until high school, when I met friends who were into cycling and triathlons.At 26, while playing in a men’s basketball league, I ruptured my Achilles and required surgery. That injury marked a turning point. I knew I had to pivot from the sports I’d always known to something new. That “something” started with running. Later, I began commuting by bike in the SF Bay Area, averaging 80 miles a week for three years.In 2015, I completed my first Olympic-distance triathlon, placing in the top 20 overall and 1st in my age group. After years of steady improvement, I finished Ironman Panama City in 2020 with a time of 11:05, placing in the top 10%. From there, I transitioned into bike racing and then fully committed to marathons with a goal of qualifying for Boston.In 2024, I hit my sub-3 goal at the Houston Marathon with a 2:56 finish, qualifying me for Boston. In 2025, I ran the Boston Marathon in 2:47 and Chicago Marathon in 2:43. Before that I bike raced Six Gap three times in Georgia and completed that in 5 hours and 22 minutes as a PR.I founded TDK Endurance Sports & Consulting to give back—to share my journey, lessons, and passion with others. Endurance sports have become a way of life for me. The mental toughness, discipline, and perspective I’ve gained are life-changing.My mission is simple: equip you with the knowledge, tools, and motivation to reach your goals—and to help you perform at your best come race day.
